Completed full maintenance on a package unit Checked all wiring and components Tested refrigerant levels, and temperature Tested capacitor Tested fan and compressor amps Hose down condenser coil Vacuum and flush condensate line Sprayed Evap coil with cleaner and hose it down Checked filter’s Unit is up and operating at this time Unit has about a 26° temperature split. Unit has no super heat and an OK sub cooling. This is gonna allow liquid. Refrigerant to damage that compressor overtime. It is not the coils being dirty or plugged filters that is causing it so I recommend getting a service call so someone can check it out and diagnose it further. Unit is operating great right now but overtime that compressor is going to get damaged. All electrical components are still good. Just give us a call if you want to schedule a service call.
