Completed full maintenance on 2 split system units Checked all wiring and components Tested refrigerant levels, and temperature Tested capacitor Tested fan and compressor amps Hose down condenser coils Took temperature splits from supply and return Tested blower wheel amps Vacuum and flush condensate line Tested float switch Changed air cleaner pads Checked UV lights Systems are up and operating at this time Upstairs unit is in perfect condition. It’s an inverter unit so there’s not a whole lot of components to check but on the thermostat I put it in cooling mode and tested the refrigerant levels and everything. It all looks really good. We had great temperature splits, and both unit units are very, very clean inside. The downstairs unit did seem a tad bit low on refrigerant, but we still had good temperature splits. We will just monitor these refrigerant levels next maintenance and see if they’ve gone down anymore. All of its electrical components are still in range and it is operati
