Chris managed to come out a day early for my appointment. He called when he was a few minutes out and after I explained to him what was going on he said it sounded like an easy fix. Sure enough, he had the machine taken apart, replaced the broken part, and reassembled in less than an hour! I am highly impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a repair!
