Furnace maintenance on a day and night system in Roy Utah
Replaced a shower cartridge in Roy, UT, due to leaking and inconsistent water temperature. After shutting off the water supply, I removed the old cartridge and installed a new one to restore proper flow. Ensured the valve assembly was clean and reassembled the shower controls. Tested for smooth operation, providing consistent water pressure and temperature.
Serviced a rooftop heating and air conditioning system (RTU) at Elks Lodge in Roy, UT. The system uses both R410A and R32 refrigerants. Replaced the blower motor, which was malfunctioning and affecting airflow throughout the building. Additionally, installed a REME HALO air scrubber with UV-C lights to improve indoor air quality by reducing airborne contaminants such as mold, bacteria, and viruses. After installation, tested the motor and scrubber to ensure smooth operation and efficient air circulation, providing the lodge with improved climate control and cleaner air.
