We needed kitchen sink faucets fixed -- hot was leaking badly. Joel came the next day at scheduled time & phoned 15 minutes before arrival. Re-plummed both faucets (the sink was installed about 20 years ago and had never been serviced). Everything works great. And Joel was a very pleasant and agreeable person. Couldn't have hoped for more.
