Chimney only had damage at very top - Dismantledtop four courses, rebuilt chimney with new brick and mortar matching the aetsthetic of rest of chimney -Replaced top terra cotta flue section and new cement crown.
Removed the existing deteriorted chase. Installled an insulated Class A chimney. . Install roof boot flashing kit and shingles
Complete reconstruction of chimney from the foundation up. Had an active leak in firebox. The heating systems flue tiles were deteriorated to the point that they couldn't safely contain the byproducts of combustion. Had someone in past perform a 'repair' by pasting some mortar in the bedding joints. Unfortunately not every chimney company has master masons on staff. Another masterful project completed.
