Oil flue was missing a rain cap and had water deterioration and pitting throughout the chimney tiles – Replaced with a gas tight venting system.
This chimney was split all the way through in Tolland CT. Needed to Demo and Remove top two feet of brick and cement. Rebuilt top portion of chimney , Installed appropriate sized stainless steel cap. Replaced flashing where chimney meets roofline.
