I was not sure why I had to wait a day for a technician when I just needed my user name. I could not conduct business last night. Today service was prompt and I’m able to complete my work

In the future if you have an urgent after-hours request you can call our office at 954-462-9600 or email back asking for the ticket to be expedited. We did not realize you needed assistance immediately and your initial email came in after 5pm. Another option is to go to our self service customer portal located at https://ctalk.comresusa.com. From that portal you can click Forgot Login Name to obtain your Username, or if you do not remember your password you can select Forgot Password. If you need anything else please let us know.
