Patient presented for implant consult for missing tooth. Had tooth extracted about 6-7 months ago and had bone graft placed. Took xrays and discussed treatment plan for implant. Patient will discuss with wife and give us a call. Discussed foundation hygiene appointment, but patient wants to focus on implant first.
