Patient presented for periodontal maintenance hygiene cleaning, periodontal charting, and comprehensive exam. Treatment plan includes extraction of wisdom tooth and several composite fillings. Discussed nitrous with patient for extraction. Periodontal readings decreased after full mouth deep cleaning, still has loose/flappy gingiva.
