Patient presented for hygiene cleaning, xrays and periodontal charting. Basically did a debridement today due to patient not being in for a while. Had heavy stain throughout. Patient needs to come back for fine tuning cleaning and comprehensive exam, patient not interested because nothing is hurting him. Pending treatment of lower implants where he's missing molars.
