Male, adult patient, presented for periodontal maintenance hygiene cleaning, periodontal charting, and periodic exam. Patient has periodontal disease, but is stable at this time. Deep pockets throughout, but patient stays on a 4 month recall. Treatment plan includes crowns/buildups.
