Patient presented for new foundation hygiene appointment. Took intraoral pictures and periodontal charting. Patient has Parkinson's so couldn't take xrays due to movement. Has several broken teeth, interested in implants or denture/partials. Will need several extractions. Discussed sedation dentistry for treatment.
