Patient presented for new hygiene foundation appointment. Took xrays (bad gag relex), periodontal charting, and intraoral pictures. Treatment planned one tooth for extraction/bone graft due to large decay. Discussed options of implant or bridge in the future. Will come back tomorrow for cleaning and comprehensive exam.
