Patient presented for hygiene cleaning and periodic exam. No xrays today due to being 15 minutes late. Treatment plan includes composite fillings. Patient had started Invisalign in the past but attachments kept falling off, needs to restart treatment. Will bring trays in at fillings appointment to see if any of them fit.
