Investigated customer's Ring doorbell system that was improperly installed by builders. Discovered improper wiring connection where two wires were joined with electrical tape instead of proper wire nuts or connectors. Rewired doorbell transformer connection and secured with appropriate wire connectors, restoring functionality to the chime system throughout the house while maintaining camera operation.
