Performed diagnostic assessment on ceiling light/fan combo that was not functioning. Inspected electrical breaker panel to verify proper power supply to fixture. Examined exterior electrical meter and connections to ensure adequate service to home. Power supply was verified; issue determined to be with the fixture itself, which was beyond scope of service.
