My service was provided by Cole. He arrived exactly on time for my 8am appointment. Cole is very friendly and listened to what I was asking to do, provided helpful guidance and then got right to work. He was thoughtful about putting down protective plastic to catch dust from the work and also cleaned up afterward. Since they keep stock on the truck, Cole was able to show me a couple of different options for electrical receptacles which is nice so that we can match existing work. I also liked that they show up in a marked work truck with uniformed drivers - its a professional touch that I wish some other companies would look in to. I felt the price for the work was very reasonable and although it was done quickly, I didn't feel like the work was being rushed so that the electrician could get to the next appointment. With something as potentially dangerous as electricity, I want the piece of mind to know things were done correctly and safely and not just rushed through. I have used several other electricians in the area over the years (picked randomly out of the phonebook) but now that I found Mr Value, I won't need to do that again. I plan to call them first for any future electrical needs as well as recommend to others.
