Today, we visited Marks Pool in Raleigh, to address electrical issues. The homeowner had previously engaged a pool company and an electrician for some work, and since then, the circuit has ceased to function. Royal arrived at the site and conducted an electrical diagnostic, revealing the need for repairs. We promptly executed all necessary repairs, including installing GFCI protection for the pool. Mark and his family are now ready to enjoy the pool during the upcoming summer months.
Came out for John here in Raleigh to install a Level 2 EV charging circuit. Inspections & permits were pulled for the customers rebate program with their utility company.
Came out to help David as is he has his own Air tire/Vacuum machine at a gas station that lost power. We did a bit of diagnostic testing and after tracing the wire back we found a Junction box in the ground where the wires had come loose. David said he’ll take care of the rest from there.
We had a customer come in today who was complaining that their carbon monoxide smoke detectors were making a loud noise. They said it was time to replace them all. We went ahead and installed a new set of Royal Electric smoke detectors, and everything’s back up and running smoothly now.
Came out as an Emergency call for Alicia, her breaker kept tripping that controlled her lights & outlets in & around her foyer. After a deep diagnosis, a switch was found crack in half causing a short. The switch was replaced and the customer was left Happy that she’s be able to have her lights on!
Today, we visited Raleigh, North Carolina, to troubleshoot and diagnose an electrical issue that our client had reported. They mentioned that their bonus room outlets had stopped working. After conducting our thorough troubleshooting, we discovered that there was a problem with one of the outlet devices. We promptly replaced the affected unit, and the power is now back up and functioning correctly.
Came out to install two customer provided light/fan fixtures. Both the estimate & the service was provided the same day!
Came back out to replace an attic exhaust fan that was found burned up during an emergency call last week. The whole unit was replaced.
Came out as an Emergency Call/After hours to Chic-fil-A in Triangle Mall to check out an outlet & Breaker that keeps tripping for their fryer. Customer claimed they were cleaning the walls and some water had seeped into the receptacle and tripped the breaker. The outlet was heavily corroded to no repair. Due to the time of day, a replacement wasn’t able to be provided but an estimate will be sent out to order the part and come back at a later date.
We recently completed an EV Circuit Station installation in Raleigh, North Carolina. The customer wanted to have the convenience of charging his vehicle at home, and we were able to apply for all the necessary permits to receive Duke's rebate. Royal Electric just completed a small electrical repair in Raleigh, NC. Our friends at Culligan-Quench needed our assistance removing some electrical whips for some old cubicle units they had removed. Today we came out to Marks’s house. He mentioned he was having issues with his electrical pool pump and decided to give us a call for quick electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic here in Raleigh. We found out previous electrical contractor did a few things that needed repairs and we got it all fixed. Now his happy he will get to enjoy his pool for the 4th of July !
