Alicia called us here at Royal Electric Services and she requested our services due to her master room circuit breaker not wanting to turn back on. After diagnosing the issue we found out the wire in the breaker were installed incorrectly. We made the correct connection and repairs and now her master room circuit it’s back and running. Customer had all outside outlets lose power. After a couple minutes of troubleshooting we found that the GFCI wasn’t working as it’s supposed to. GFCI was swapped out and all outdoor outlets are now working again 😁
