customer called us saying that she was getting power in few places in her house, but not all of them. The first thing I did was check her meter panel combo outside. One leg was getting 120v to neutral, the second leg only had about 90v. I let her know it was a power company issue and unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to fix anything.
We recently completed the installation of two ceiling fans in a residential home. The fans were installed in the bonus room upstairs and the Guest room downstairs. The first step in the installation process was to remove the old ceiling light from the ceiling. This involved disconnecting the wires and removing the mounting bracket and installing new unit.
