Ryan put his heart and soul into aerating my very thatched and dry lawn. Although the equipment supplied by the company could have been better, he struggled with the walk behind aerator and made many attempts to loosen the soil. He was very aware of what had to be done and executed it to the best of his abilities. He is an excellent worker; all companies should be so fortunate. End result: my lawn is looking very good with the exception of where Ryan had to use the "lame" walk behind aerator. Even after a second visit I do have a few bare patches in that area. The company should retire that walk behind aerator and spring for a new one; it's totally useless.
