The rates are reasonable and affordable. We had pre-paid the annual services to get another 10% off. They informed us by phone prior to their visits. They came and did the services, and left a note to explain the service with expectations at our front door after each service. We noticed that their visiting timings were good too, mostly before “Raining” was forecasted. We are sincerely very thankful to their reliable services. Of course, we’ll have to see the results to make our final evaluation, i.e. our lawn conditions.
