So early this summer (2019) a tech killed a lot of my lawn by over doing a weed killer in the hottest part of the summer. The lawn was severely burnt! All summer long my lawn looked horrible. Once I contacted Greenlawn they came out to inspect the damage. They agreed it was their fault. But, again ALL summer my lawn was horrible. Not the reason to pay a service to keep it nice. Weeds have been an issue for years. Greenlawn can’t seen to figure it out. So early fall they came to reseed the lawn. NO straw was used on any of the repaired areas, especially should of been on the total bare spots... in the damaged areas did not take, due to the amount of weed killer still in the soil. So later in the fall I purchased seed, straw and top soil ($300.00) I personally redid a lot of the previously repaired lawn. Those areas are doing OK. So overall I am not thrilled. But they did step up and take responsibility for the damage. Still not sure why they haven’t been able to kill just the weeds.....and not the lawn. We will see how 2020 goes.

I would say that "Green Lawn" made an effort to take care of our lawn but fell short. It may have been due to the choice of chemicals used or the way they were applied. The two young men ( your employees) that serviced our lawn were very professional and willing to cooperate with my requests. Again I have to repeat being impressed with "Green Lawn's" willingness to satisfy, with repeat visits.

Service has always been great with Green Lawn except the last application. Our lawn was just starting to come back in some areas after a tough summer and it was treated 2 days ago. Unfortunately the person who treated it ripped up and left some ruts in the lawn when making turns on the lawn equipment. This was probably due to the fact that the lawn was wet. I was very disappointed to see this and some patches of grass ripped up.
