The past 2 years some areas of my lawn, especially the front one, weeds that even after the treatment didn't go away. I also feel that the grass could have used more fertilizer. One of the cause could be that the fertilizer was applied the day before the mowing company was servicing the property and the machine sucks up the fertilizer.
Seems that not all the areas are fully treated. Overall good.
Nick is an amazing technician. He is professional, knowledgeable and takes his time to explain what service is being done, and what I might need to do on my end, such as proper lawn watering, etc.
There either isn't a plan for my lawn fertilizing, or it's not well communicated. I get an email the day prior telling me service is going to be done, with no description of the service or when the next service is. Last fall I had the lawn over-seeded, and got very little out of it. When I inquired this year, someone came out to inspect and said I need to lay more topsoil down. That would have been helpful to know before I spent $900 seeding last fall. I would like to see an overall plan, with recommended treatments, and the timing of such treatments.
I told my sales person to pay up front for year. Then I find out it was being taking out of my account. Like a dummy I didn't check my receipt that SHOWED the withdraws. READ READ
