Round 1 application was done. William explained the products that were going to be applied for round 1. He also recommended steps that can be taken to remove moss from the grass. Overall , I am happy with the service.

I only Shaw a small GREEN LOWN sign in my lawn not even properly hook up with ground. Person might have came to do services for lawn without leaving any paperwork for what he has done. How you expect to rate the services without knowing or seeing any work and on very next day. Customer can put review after knowing what and how they do as well as getting result after few weeks. You can improve your system for approaching the customer and requesting for rating.

Clear the guy knew no one was home and shortcut the spraying of our property have him in camera skipping entire areas. Not happy.

So far, after only 2 lawn treatments , I've noticed a great improvement with with my lawn! I had another lawn service last year and it didn't do much for the lawn's appearance and in fact, I had more weeds than when the treatments started! I would like a little sooner notice of application, but so far it's been working out okay!
