The Technician did a great job, thank you, and thank you for taking the time to speak with me. However. I am disappointed in the lack of a timely notice of Greenlawn's service date. I need to know in advance for 2 reasons: 1) I need to be sure the grass is cut and 2) I need to transfer money into the account I use to pay for this service. I received an email today at 11 am stating my service is right around the corner and the technician showed up within a half hour of that notification. 😒😏

I cannot complain at all about your lawn care services; Darren is polite, professional and simply the best of an employee anyone could ask for. He always rings the bell to let me know he is here and discuss any questions or concerns; afterwards, I receive a detailed report on what was done, and steps on any further care needed on my part.
