We absolutely love Jerry. He also services all our homes. But I don't want Jerry to think we are not rating him every month because we have a problem with him. It's TOO much to rate every property every time. I can't imagine how your guys feel having to send all that out! If you have monthly subscribers then why do your guys have to be rated every time?? I'm sure if there's a problem y'all will hear about it. It just bothers me y'all put this on your employees. Yall have an excellent business with excellent employees...I don't feel the need to rate EVERY single time....Maybe just the first time...let them and us have a break!
