Great service

Nick was very nice and professional. He checked the old unit and suggested an upgrade based on our usage. He tested the new unit checking for water leaks and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Also Jennifer made a good impression while scheduling the appointment. Quality employees! Nick also is a good salesman.

Upon arrival to the home, I greeted homeowners and inspected the piping underneath of the single wide trailer. After taking a look at the piping and figuring out what needs to be done to fix this problem permanently, I began talking with the homeowner. The customer stated that he was not looking to do anything because they are thinking about moving out of here very soon and do not want to make any upgrades before he does so. At this time there are no options or pricing given on repairing anything. However if they change their mind we will gladly come out and provide pricing. For now there are pictures added to the invoice of the piping underneath the house

Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that he believed that the stoppage had reoccurred. Upon further diagnosis I found no signs of a blockage to be present at this time but I ran my drain machine anyways. Everything seems to be flowing fine at this time. Our drain specialist will be arriving between 10am and 2pm.

➖Run drain machine through kitchen sink drain to attempt to clear blockage Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with the kitchen sink draining slowly. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was some sort of obstruction in the kitchen sink line that was causing it to drain very slowly. I then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue resolved today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue fixed. I began by Draining the water out of the sink into a bucket and disconnecting the P-trap. I then proceeded to run my drain machine down the kitchen sink line until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared and tested everything thoroughly to make sure that nothing was leaking. Everything is draining properly at this time.

Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with half of the house not draining. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was a mainline stoppage on one side of the house. I presented the homeowner with upfront pricing and options to get the issue resolved today. The homeowner decided to go ahead and have me do the work. I began by running my drain machine down the mainline clean out until the blockage was cleared. After I confirmed that the blockage was cleared by then proceeded to go in the house and run all of the water in the house to make sure that everything was draining properly. The office will call the homeowner in the morning to schedule a time for our drain specialist to come out and camera the lines.

After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of how they did not have hot water last night. They went to take a shower, but the water never got hot or Luke warm. The homeowners have only lived here a couple of months and this is their first time having an issue with the water heater. The homeowner led me to the unit, which is a 40 gallon tanked electric heater. He made me aware that he removed the cover of the upper element and thermostat and reset the thermostat himself. I felt the, which was warm to the touch, we ran water in the kitchen sink and verified that water was hot. However, I made them aware that thermostats just don’t trip without reason. That could be over amperage, faulty thermostat, faulty wiring, or age, to name a few. Based off the data plate, the water heater was manufactured in 2005, in the 4th week. This means the water heater is 17 years old. There’s signs of rust on the cotton if the heater. I recommend replacing the unit, and did not offer repairs du

Upon arrival to the home I was made aware of That the customer was experiencing a blockage in the upstairs, after talking with a customer and pulling the toilet and running the camera I had a blockage approximately 20 foot from the toilet flange that I began my inspection from, after using the locator to find where the pipe was I have located the pipe with my probing rod at approximately 3 1/2 foot depth, I provided the price for excavation of this area as well as installation of two clean outs to be able to continue on to help find the septic tank, and such a tank at this time is not located and these clean outs will help us identify where the septic tank is so that time we can provide upfront price is an options on how to keep this issue from happening again, we will be returning out here tomorrow afternoon to complete this work that has been quoted and signed off on by the homeowner

On today’s visit the customer made me aware that the first floor master and guest bath rooms were not draining at all but all the downstairs is functioning properly. Investigating downstairs I find no evidence of an actual sewage ejector pump. There is a sump pump in the fully finished basement but after running multiple loads of laundry and flushing both toilets as well as running showers all continue to drain properly and pump never engaged. As far as the first floor goes we took a look at the original septic tank drawings and we’re unable to determine exactly where the tank is located. I have scheduled for our septic specialist to return to the site today and camera and locate exact area of septic tank. This needed to be done so that we can verify whether the septic tank is full or not before providing multiple options and upfront pricing Nick pleasants Gibsonville,nc

On today’s visit the customer made me aware that he was looking for us to install his customer supplied sewage ejector pump basin riser. The customer also informed me that they were looking to install a particular shower valve in the hall. The work for the basin wooden tail light clearing around original basin slipping the new extension on the top and as best we could/replacing the check valve and 2 inch PVC ball valve so that it is on the outside of new extension/running a vent line through top of new extension and slipping into existing boot on existing basin. 100% seal cannot be guaranteed due to the fact that the basin models are not the same and also we would not be responsible for filling around The new basin with rock and or soil. The customer will be discussing with his partner about proceeding with the work and contact the office as soon as possible Nick pleasants Gibsonville,nc

Disassemble shower handle/valve and remove old cartridge Inspect cartridge and shower valve for signs of wear/damage Replace rubber seals, and cartridge inside valve Assemble valve and install existing trim back in place and test fixture No warranty We were called out because the customers stated that their shower handle turned all the way around, and was now leaking. After looking over the area, and speaking with the customer, we discovered that the handle was not stopping in the off position, and thus was basically always on, and allowing water to come out of the tub spout. We informed them that it could be a number of things, namely either the valve or the cartridge inside the valve. We were able to get the tub spout to stop dripping water when the handle was turned in the exact orientation, but the stopper was missing to keep the handle from turning all the way around. We provided several options, which included replacing the valve, or simply rebuilding it. We agreed on rebuild
