Great service

Nick was very nice and professional. He checked the old unit and suggested an upgrade based on our usage. He tested the new unit checking for water leaks and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Also Jennifer made a good impression while scheduling the appointment. Quality employees! Nick also is a good salesman.

Upon arrival Howard and I discussed the issue he was dealing with. He explained that one of the drain lines underneath the house was leaking very badly anytime water was run. After a thorough evaluation it was discovered that there were numerous leaks on the cast iron drain lines. After presenting Howard with options he chose to have the failing parts cut out and replaced. To preform this work I started by Cutting out and removing the cast iron drain lines to the existing abs drain line. Re-plumb the home with pvc drain lines from main stack failure; tie existing lines into the replaced pvc. after completion of installation test to ensure proper function and verify no leaks Cut out and remove cast iron drain lines at the point of failure. Re-plumb the removed cast iron section/fittings with pvc drain lines. after completion of installation test to ensure proper function and verify no leaks

➖Hand auger toilet and attempt to clear the blockage ➖service partner plan Upon arrival to home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with the downstairs toilet not draining properly. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that the toilet was indeed clogged and that it was a singular issue and not a mainline stoppage. I then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue taken care of today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I began by hand auguring the toilet until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared I tested everything thoroughly to make sure that everything was draining properly.

After arriving to the property the homeowner made me aware that he has just been in the home for a couple of weeks and had one of our drain technicians clear blockage, currently the homeowner is only looking for a generalization of what it may cost to replace the cast-iron drain lines in the future, at this time I have supplied multiple upfront prices for various scenarios in the homeowner is aware that these prices may not be the same when he decides to take on the project, I will be reaching out to the homeowner tomorrow to discuss as per requested by the homeowner

I arrived to the home, where Chris was already on site. Chris had already pulled the toilet, so I ran my drain machine to clear the blockage. At this time everything is operating properly.

Upon arrival Steven and I discussed the issues he was dealing with. He stated that the fill valve was making a squeak noise while filling. It would happen every 20-30 seconds. He had tried to work on it himself and was unable to complete it. It had leaks and a wobbly tank after he was done. After presenting him with options he decided to go with a rebuild to prevent any further whistling/running of the toilet. To start the process I turned the water off and drained the tank of water. Removed the old components of the toilet(fill valve, flush valve, tank to bowl bolts) Re-installed the internal components of the toilet. Turned the water on and tested to verify proper function and no leaks.

Upon arrival Antonia and I discussed the issue of sewer-ish smell coming only from the master bathroom shower and kitchen sink. She informed me that the smell comes and goes but is on going. While Antonia showed me around the areas affected, I was unable to recreate the conditions that caused the smell to come into the said areas. She stated she also was unable to smell it at this time. She inquired and signed up for the service membership. After running water (stated to exasperate/cause the issue) was not able to recreate the conditions at all. Stated she will reach out immediately if the issue arises again.
