I’ve been having various issues with both cable and internet and everyone from the office staff to the technicians have been super helpful and very courteous on phone calls and during service calls. They’ve never made me feel that my concerns were trivial. When a phone call could not correct the issue, they’ve always offered to send a technician out to investigate. Service tech was very respectful and courteous when making the in person service calls. He was always wearing a face covering and boot covers to protect floors from dirt or snow. He was very knowledgeable on how to correct the issues and went above and beyond to point things out about my TV brand and HD channels. I’ve considered stopping my cable service but the bundles provide added value. I am happy to continue my service for now because of the great customer service they have provided.
