I put the pioneer in bypass and her pressure went back to normal so we need to order her a new pioneer filter and change it out. Also her neutralizer head threw up a E2 error code . I unhooked the mother board and dusted the dust off and error code went away.
Install a ATS GDS 8 GPM UV sterilization light with a 2 x 10 pre-filter. The UV light has a count down alarm and the bulb is designed to burn for 9000 hours. ~1 Year. Install a 1.5 Cubic foot iron filtration system with a Clack WS1 AOi filter valve by-pass valves and drain line. This is a regenerative system and the Katalox media has a 6 to 7 year duty cycle. Install a Metered 48,000 grain Clack water softener with a programed WS1 filter valve by-pass valves and drain line. Install a Clack 2.5 cubic foot acid neutralizer with a WS1 valve, by-pass valves and 2.5 cubic feet of calcite/corosex neutralizer mix for balancing of the pH with a target of 7. All Clack products have a five year warranty and ATS products have a one year warranty.
Took arsenic and bacteria water sample took a TDS reading and got 93 I also took a pH reading and got 8.3 and the hardness level is three
Install the tank and change the control box. It’s a 1 1/2 control box but we put a two horse.
Installation of a GDS8 UV light, an acid neutralizer, and a Pioneer carbon block filter system. The GDS8 UV light addresses the presence of coliform bacteria in well water. The acid neutralizer is to increase the pH of the well water to potable drinking water standards. The Pioneer, a carbon block filter, is to remove the radon in the well water.
Jet Pump to submersible pump conversion. - Excavate at the well head to install a 1" stainless steel pitless adapter. - Install a 1/2 HP 10 GPM 230V 2 wire SS submersible pump with new 160PSI black pipe and 12/2 flat wire/cable with a ground. - Install a new 12/2 wire in the lateral line conduit currently used with the 2 pipe jet pump - Remove and dispose of old jet pump. - Install new fittings as required to tie into the existing well tank
SP3 Filtersorb or a 48K softener install, TBD and both systems are on order or in stock.
You can expect results for the bacteria on 8/26. Your radon results will be available by 8/29. The remaining balance, including lead will be available around 9/5.
