The time between making an initial inquiry about water treatment systems and the actual installation a suitable system was very quick (less than a week). The technicians (Frank and Ryan) arrived right on time and did a fine, professional job with the installation. All questions were answered. I called Blue Heron to replace my malfunctioning water softener. They gave me a quote over the phone and were able to schedule me for an installation on the very next day. The technicians arrived on time, removed the old system, installed the new one, set it up and completed the work within a couple of hours. Install a chlorine injection system with a ChemTech series 100 injection pump and a 35 gallon solution tank. We installed a Chemtech chlorinator pump. 5 gallons of chlorine and 30 gallons of water. I have it set to 100%. It may take 1-5 days to take effect.
- Install an *GPM UV Sterilization light w/alarm - Install a whole house 4 x 20 sediment filter housing with a carbon insert cartridge - Replace existing well pumping system with a Grundfos constant pressure system. The system consists of: CU301 variable frequency drive Stainless steel manifold package 4.4 Gallon Well Extrol well tank SQE series Grundfos submersible pump, 1HP 10 GPM and TBD. We are assuming 305' of new well wire and that the well pipe is rigid. Rigid pipe requires use of our boom truck. The old well tank will be removed and disposed of properly.

Clack products have a five year limited manufacturers warranty and our workmanship is warrantied for 90 days. ATS lights have a limited one year warranty. UV bulbs and sleeves are not warrantied. Chain or filters was there for a little bit trying to explain how to show her how to change her filters. She finally understands it, and I fix the leak that was on the poly line.
Took water test sample from kitchen faucet. Delivered 5 bags of salt. Checked system all good.

Typical is every two years. ~Manufacturer recommends replacing the sump housings every 2-5 years depending on water usage and water chemistry.

- Install a twin tank and non backwashing arsenic removal system. In this scenario two tanks, each containing one cubic foot of Metsorb, are installed and with sample ports. This is a non-backwashing system and the life expectancy of the Metsorb may be reduced. 1" Clack bypass valves and 1" Clack in/out valves are attached to each tank Annual testing from the sample port is advised with rotation and replenishment of the tanks with new media as warranted. - Install an 8 gallon per minute UV sterilization light with a 2 x 10 sediment pre-filter.

Water is 4 grains hard, the softener is 5 years old. We recommend a new control valve. Ws1
