The time between making an initial inquiry about water treatment systems and the actual installation a suitable system was very quick (less than a week). The technicians (Frank and Ryan) arrived right on time and did a fine, professional job with the installation. All questions were answered. Very happy with the choice of Blue Heron to install our water softening system.

Well the service was great. It would’ve been nice to know what the cost was for Service visit. It was a bit surprising. I thought it would be somewhere around 100 $150 unfortunately it was more more than that.

I called Blue Heron to replace my malfunctioning water softener. They gave me a quote over the phone and were able to schedule me for an installation on the very next day. The technicians arrived on time, removed the old system, installed the new one, set it up and completed the work within a couple of hours. They were professional and courteous, and I had no issues whatsoever from beginning to finish. Would recommend them

-Inspected customers chlorine retention tank/pump , took it all apart and didn’t see any build up all the tubes were clean. -Started it back up and it was pumping chlorine into in the plumbing as it should everything is currently working.

Replaced bent drive gear that connects to drive motor, This occurs when the piston gets seized in the spacer stack due to corrosion; Which was the diagnoses made when called out originally. Did a little flow test with a 5 gallon bucket did a test twice first test came out to be 47 seconds to fill the whole bucket second test it took 50 seconds to fill it. Change a few settings on their softener and neutralizer head because the backwash times weren’t set properly and the time of day.
