A to Z. A very professional company. Planning a long term relationship.
These guys are sharp and professional. They tested our water, raised our well head, and treated the well as was needed. We're completely satisfied and would highly recommend Blue Heron!
The team arrived promptly and we’re very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. We will certainly work with them again in the future, as the need arises. Thank you!
Lost our water at the start of Memorial Day weekend. Called Blue Heron Water and emailed for emergency response early Saturday morning. John the owner called me within 15 minutes. The service team led by Chris and Tommy were dispatched within minutes. They arrived shortly thereafter on time. The worked efficiently to diagnose the problem, outlined my options, and got me back up and running at the lowest cost possible. They tested my water while on-site. Blue Heron will be sending me proposals for what they recommend going forward. This is exactly what I want, a business with whom I can partner that employs skilled people who I can trust, who will keep me up and running, and supply me with the vision and information that I need to make the best informed decisions to run our home water needs efficiently, safely and reliably for decades to come. Based on today’s experience, I look forward to working with John, Chris, Tommy and their team at Blue Heron for my Home water needs!
