The one thing that stands out in my mind is when we met with our sales rep Nate the 1st bit of information he wanted to know was a little bit about us and what we expected to get from this experience, he wrote everything down, he was thorough also. When I 1st looked into getting new windows I was determined to get multiple quotes but after my interview with Nate I did not feel the need to do that, very impressed
