Jeremy and Joshua were great to work with on our window installation. Very professional work performed and they went out of there way to make corrections and to make it look like they were never here. (Besides having crystal clear new windows)

Second time using WeatherTight and the professional and outstanding workmanship was once again on point. We have more to do and hands down we will continue to use and recommend WeatherTight. Friendly and responsive when asked questions regarding any issues and knowledgeable about the product and process. Two of the windows had the screen mounting holes in the frames, off position in multiple locations. Screens were re-drilled to fit temporarily and will be replaced. Also had 3-4 windows, the extension jambs have rough finish mill work and are to be serviced/reworked on separate job call. The finish is rough enough to snag a dust rag and catch a finger on. This was our reasoning behind withholding $200 of the final payment

Did you ever buy something and in the back of your mind you had a bad feeling about it? This is exactly happened to us. We received a confirmation of when the installation was going to take place and it was addressed very nicely, "dear Carey and David" our names our tom and sue! My bad feeling came back right there! The day the door came I was actually excited to see it, it was beautiful. However when the door was turned around it was the wrong color! My bad feelings by this time were rather out of control. I paid alot of money for one item, an item your company brags about and it was wrong. We have been promised it will be fixed but our opinion of your company is not high. We were very happy with the crew who put the door in!
