Installers were polite, not on cell phones, answered all by questions, let’s me see what they were doing, put floor covers down, pads on ladders, vacuumed… I have experienced so many poor contractors, and have redone their work in the last 40 years that it was extremely nice that the window and warranty it fantastic and quality of install was exceptional.

My windows were the original in my 1951 home and were in need of replacement. The wait was well worth it. The new windows have transformed/updated my living room instantly. Will Dorn and Jason were professional and did quality workmanship. I did not have to do anything except put my furniture back. Thank you Weather Tight! Just a note on the wait from time of consultation to installation. I waited almost 4 months for my windows. Some may not want to wait that long. My thought is I would rather wait (and pay a bit more) for quality windows tailored to my window openings and be happy with the results. The weekly emails kept me up-to-date as to the progress which I appreciated. I am rating the experience related to convenience as a 5 because everything was done, including the trim inside.
