Friendly and responsive when asked questions regarding any issues and knowledgeable about the product and process. Two of the windows had the screen mounting holes in the frames, off position in multiple locations. Screens were re-drilled to fit temporarily and will be replaced. Also had 3-4 windows, the extension jambs have rough finish mill work and are to be serviced/reworked on separate job call. The finish is rough enough to snag a dust rag and catch a finger on. This was our reasoning behind withholding $200 of the final payment
