Todd K. of Frosty’s bailed me out of a sticky situation. My AC stopped producing cold air. The company that had installed my HVAC unit less than two years ago sent out a technician who couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but still charged $200 for the call. I then called Frosty’s, who sent Todd, who found evidence of a possible freon leak and suggested that I try calling the installation contractor again for assistance as the unit is still under warranty. I emailed Todd’s findings to that contractor, along with it their own technician’s report, and asked that someone please call me to discuss the matter. No one did. Follow-up calls were not returned. I again called Frosty’s, which responsively sent Todd out to service my unit. I now have working AC. He will follow up in a few weeks.
