During this challenging time, Emmanuel was cherry, professional and focused. Unfortunately, he had to deliver some unhappy news about our upstairs unit (we knew something wasn't right due to some excessive vibrations when the air handler energized) but carefully and slowly explained the problem and offered two solution paths. We chose the more expensive investment but he didn't pressure us one way or the other - excellent people skills! Service people are the face of a company and 72 Degrees was represented very well!
