I was called to a home to perform diagnostic on a Lennox system. I arrived at the house and began by checking the electrical connections and verifying that the thermostat was working properly. I then checked the air filter and found that it was dirty, so I replaced it with a new one. After that, I checked the blower motor and found that it was not working properly, so I replaced it with a new one. Finally, I checked the refrigerant levels and found that they were low, so I added more refrigerant to the system. After completing the diagnostic, I gave the homeowner a detailed report of my findings and recommendations for any further repairs that may be needed. The homeowner was very pleased with the service and thanked me for my help.
