Called to have tech come out to take advantage of $39.95 coupon for a 40 point tune up. Air conditioner was doing fine before the tech. came. He came, did his thing..he left and the air conditioner that was working fine before he came...now was not air conditioning any more. Experienced tech. came out a day later, did what he did and got air conditioner working again. Cost us almost $800 to get it working the way it was before the original tech. came. You decide what happen here.
