I was called to a home to perform a furnace maintenance and inspection. The customer had noticed that their furnace had been making strange noises and was not heating the house as well as it used to. Upon arrival, I inspected the furnace and found that the blower motor was worn out and needed to be replaced. I also noticed that the furnace's air filter was very dirty and needed to be replaced as well. After replacing the blower motor and air filter, I performed a thorough inspection of the furnace to ensure that it was operating properly. I also checked the furnace's safety features to make sure that they were working correctly. The customer was very pleased with the work that I had done and thanked me for my help. I also explained to them how to maintain their furnace to prevent future problems and how to contact me if they had any further questions or concerns.
