I was called to a home to repair a Trane gas pack that was not working. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not producing any heat. I checked the electrical connections and found that one of the wires was loose. I tightened the wire and the unit started working again. I also checked the air filter and found that it was dirty, so I cleaned it and the unit started working even better. I also checked the thermostat and found that it was not working properly, so I replaced it with a new one. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
