Our AC was not cooling. I called Bartlett Friday morning and we had a technician out same day around noon. As a new customer, that's impressive. Joshua was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our situation was not fixable with a part so more to come but appreciate the first experience with Bartlett.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bartlett and their service. Jeff the sales rep was knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions other sales reps could/should have but didn’t. The manager found a way to accommodate our schedule, which was very much appreciated. Chris and Nick came out and did a great job installing the new AC. They were very professional and provided service that was above and beyond, in my opinion. Would not even hesitate to recommend the whole team to anyone looking for a fair price and the highest quality service.
