Superb Service

Jason expertly and efficiently serviced our two A/C units and replaced our two filters. Before he left our house, we discussed our 20 year old system and its future status. Jason commended us for maintaining our thermostats at 68 in winter and 78 in summer. We look forward to his return in December when he will service our two furnaces.

Rony and the other gentleman were great. They got their work done quickly and as clean as possible. Appreciated the extra steps of drop cloths and shoe coverings and taking all trash. He took time to explain things to me before they left and showed me how to use the new thermostat. Very positive experience!

My fiancé and I are new home owners and came home to a hot house! We contacted Bartlett to come and check out our system. Bo was our technician! He really explained our system and gave us recommendations to make sure our system was performing at its best! He noticed we didn’t have a drain pan under the unit so explained an option to protect our equipment and home. Bo took the time to help us set up the app for the Ecobee thermostat and explained about the sensor and how it all works. When Bo completed his service, he said a blessing for our family and new home! Talk about going over and beyond!! We for sure will be a lifelong Bartlett customer! Thanks Bo! And thanks Bartlett!
