I can highly recommend Chris

I appreciated Chris and his team with regard to the timeliness of showing up when expected, the text to let me know exactly when he’d be here, the respect he showed my home and myself. And according to my contractor, the work itself. Not related to Chris… I rated lower on the cost, as my contractor Implied the cost was more than expected, kind of by a lot. But that’s not on Chris, that’s the company. I’ve used the company for decades so it didn’t occur to me to shop the price. Maybe the pricing is market value.

Attention to detail

Let me say, I am very impressed and happy with the services provided by Chris & Kenny. They installed the new furnace with efficiency in a tiny closet and were able to make modifications with ducts that needed replacing so everything would work as intended. They came up with solutions for fitting new duct work in where the furnace sits (tiny closet in the garage of an attached condo unit), cleared the lines, cleaned the outdoor unit and even installed a new thermostat. Kudos to them for their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you both for getting my AC running & working better than ever
