Informative - Proactive - Obejctive - Knowledgeable

Stephen was truly a breath of fresh air in maintenance of our AC / Heating system. He provided options, then listened to us and seeing what our priorities were, provided pros and cons of the options. He offered solutions for us to do during the 6 months time between check up that would allow the system to last longer. He was courteous of small things, like making sure the gates to the backyard were closed so the dog wouldn't get out. Overall a very positive experience. Hope that he is the person on the future calls. :)
