Jim did an excellent job installing the new wiring and wall switch for a new tankless water heater. He went through the finished installation with me afterward. Great service.

Excellent service

Mark and his assistant installed a new Rinnai gas water heater at our home on 7/29. Jim, the electrician installed new wiring and a wall switch. They were all very professional and did excellent work. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience with Bradbury Brothers.

Great service, great price

The service techs were prompt, courteous, and neat. We couldn't tell they had been here after they left, nothing for me to clean up. The new system is working great.

We changed the cartridge out on the lavatory in the guest bath upstairs and we changed out the Toto fill valve on the right bathroom downstairs. Everything is tested for leaks and good to go the customer paid with credit card and no follow up needed.

Homeowner had us out today due to a kitchen sink stoppage. Ran sewer machine approximately 45 feet in clear the stoppage that was affecting the kitchen sink and laundry. Ran hot water for partially 10 minutes and watched it go through the clean out on the right side of the house. Everything is draining properly now. They go over the comfort club for HVAC and plumbing with homeowner she wants to talk to her husband. Also checked out the water heater the water heater is 16 years old. Gave estimate to either change out to a six-year warranty Rheem or a 10 year warranty Rheem.

We were out today to do our annual home inspection In the hall bath, sink is slow to drain. Recommend snaking the drain. In the utility room, customer concerned the sink is slow draining. Filled and drained sink multiple times, seems to be draining as it should. Did find a small leak on the nut attaching the drainage to the basket strainer. Customer decided to clear the drain and tighten the nut on the basket strainer. Ran hand top to clear sink. Fill and drained sink multiple times to check for leaks and functionality, everything is operating as it should. No warranty on drain cleaning. Nut attaching drainage to basket strainer was only on by one thread. Removed nut and the tubular extension. Cleaned threads on strainer and applied pipe dope. Hooked everything back up and checked for leaks, found none.

Came out today to look at a few different issues for the customer. The customer mentioned a rattling sound in the wall when his washing machine ran so we gave him an estimate for some air arrestors to install on the washing machine valves. Also the flapper in the master toilet was leaking through so we gave a quote to change that. The customer also had a disposal for us to change out and while we were under there we investigated a bad odor, and after pulling the escussion loose and removing the material they had stuffed in the wall we got a scope in there and could not find anything. Also got a scope into the relief vent section and could not find any non-connected areas that would let sewer gas in the cabinet. We resealed the plug that didn’t look like it was properly sealed and we ended up bypassing the airgap. For now the smell seem to have dissipated but the customer will let us know if it returns and we can have Woodlands restoration go out and check for mold or they can pay for

Arrived to install hall tub and shower trim on moen positemp valve, a So install drain trim. Install customer 3 lavatory popup assemblies and tested for leaks. Install new angle stops for kitchen faucet in order to connect customer faucet. Went to straighten tubular drain and pipe came apart from wall pipe. Homeowner had us out today due to the grill not starting up and also the fire pit not working. Advised homeowner to have one of the patio companies come out to take a look at the fire pit as per Shane. Turn the gas on the fire pit and grill is working properly. Checked around for any gas leaks and found none. Also talk to homeowner about the 12 year old water heaters.Found both T&P valves not working.
