I got 4 quotes on replacing a 25 year old unit. Only two of the contactors provided the lowest priced option I was asking for. Service on my water heater was, as always, excellent. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the relatively high diagnostic charge of $156 (it took about 5 mins. to diagnose the problem - extinguished pilot flame - and light it again).
