Service on my water heater was, as always, excellent. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the relatively high diagnostic charge of $156 (it took about 5 mins. to diagnose the problem - extinguished pilot flame - and light it again).
I feel all the technicians who have come out to my home have been very thorough and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone. I've had Brad come out a few times and he really does a good job.
Great service. No mess after work was finished. Answered all of our questions.
We were very happy with the service provided by Honey Creek, including James and Kyle, as well as the electrician and any others who took part in installing our new systems. They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.
The guys at hungry Creek are always professional, friendly, punctual, and thorough. They explain what they’re doing, and after the work is completed. Make sure that you understand what has been done.
Jim was just awesome, made the right diagnosis :) and fixed my fireplace less than 30 minutes.
Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Straight shooters about the potential costs of replacement and didn’t push unnecessary, expensive repairs.
We had great communication from the company the entire process. The tech had great service and communicated what he was doing and explained the reasoning. The prices for services were very fair and I had excellent follow up service. Will be using the company going forward and would recommend to all.
Ryan was great to work with and his two technicians were great to have in our home working on our project. Very friendly, thorough, communicating along the way and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day.
A 90 degree day hit yesterday so we changed the filter and turned the air on. The temp just kept rising. The following morning at 6am I filled out the questionnaire on the website for service and had an email response by 6:30 advising that they were checking the schedule and would let me know. By 7:00 am I had confirmation of appointment and by 10:30 am someone was here to resolve the issue… hopefully. The AC unit is 30 years old and we hopefully were able to eke one more year of service out of her.
