I have been a HoneyCreek client for a relatively short period (< 3 years). Everyone, every time, I speak to them are always very kind, courteous and respectful. Jim provided our furnace service today and took some extra time to discuss the service and the potential need for equipment replacement down the road. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. Timely, efficient and friendly. Explained everything to me and repaired my furnace. No pressure to purchase a new furnace as mine is 24 years old and still doing the job! They will return in warmer weather to check my air conditioner. Very happy with their visit!
