Jim was very knowledgeable and thorough. Despite have a service contract I still had to pay $185 to have a $20 capacitor replaced. Too much!

I have been a HoneyCreek client for a relatively short period (< 3 years). Everyone, every time, I speak to them are always very kind, courteous and respectful. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. Timely, efficient and friendly. Explained everything to me and repaired my furnace. No pressure to purchase a new furnace as mine is 24 years old and still doing the job! They will return in warmer weather to check my air conditioner. Very happy with their visit!
