They were very responsive to my online appointment request, I assumed filling it out at 8pm I would not hear from them until the morning but I heard that night and Kim got me an appointment the very next afternoon. Jim was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our AC unit quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again!
